About
Martin Eisemann is one of the directors at the Computer Graphics Lab of the Computer Science Department at Technische Universität Braunschweig (TU Braunschweig).
He received his Diploma (2006) in Computer Science from the University of Koblenz-Landau, and his PhD (2011) in Computer Science from TU Braunschweig. For his post-graduate studies, he joined the Computer Graphics and Visualization Group at the TU Delft, Netherlands and was Academic Council at the TU Braunschweig.
In 2015 he became a full-professor for Computer Graphics at the TH Köln where he was head and co-founder of the Advanced Media Institute (2019-2020) before he joined the Computer Graphics Lab at the TU Braunschweig.
His research interests are mostly in the field of visual computing, especially but not limited to computer vision, image- and videoprocessing and -editing, computer graphics, ray tracing, Monte-Carlo simulations, information visualization and visual analytics.
